Introduction to Continuum: The Art of Being Fluid
Continuum is a unique somatic approach that acknowledges the primacy of the fluid system and the depth of healing that comes when we engage the fluids. Explore Continuum breaths and vocalized sounds, and biological movements which like water, spiral, spread, pulsate and undulate. In a state of attentive presence let unfold the fluid movement you are. These internal movements and felt-sensations will begin to organize and re-organize in new and unexpected ways. To engage with our fluid nature in this manner, is to stimulate our body’s capacity for self-regulation and well-being. This practice is a refreshing resource that informs our personal, physical and relational life, our creative activities and in general, our perception of the world in which we live. I invite you to join me in this adventure, where participants are encouraged to embark at their own pace, in the creative spirit of inquiry and discovery. This one day introduction prepares participants for all other classes and workshops offered.

A Time for Renewal: an end of year mini-intensive 2023
As we experience the impact of winter’s darkness, we also feel the promise of the new year’s emerging light. Come mark this annual period of transition. Welcome the year 2024 with five consecutive mornings of Continuum. Through our sounding and moving together, created by each presence, the “medicine” that is pertinent for each one of us is revealed.
